The course is much better than I actually anticipated it to be but my only complaint is that it should accompany the practical course so as to embed it in the memory much better otherwise excellent

A great refresher course
The fresher is helpful as i find that over time i don't always remember all the important bits in an emergency. Also, I find the video very helpful to visualize what and how to administer first aid to save lives.
