Great course. Thorough and precise.
This course was really good. Being able to visually see how each part of First Aid is administered; plus pause & replay, into small steps was especially helpful. It was precise & to the point. Covered all you need to know in a surprisingly short time and thorough. Only thing that be could be looked into was the multiple test questions at the end; if a genuine mistake was made & picked wrong answer in error, that you could be given another question to replace that one; therefore not affecting your percentage rating. Obviously, only giving you one more chance to correct. Thank you Samantha

informative training
Very informative first aid training. Some of the content made me wonder if I would actually help someone in an emergency e.g. performing CPR. It is a scary thought. Overall I have learnt a little more today which is great.

The first aid refresher training course was precise and clear. It was conducted in an easy format and I learnt some new procedures especially regarding current Covid . Excellent Training Thank You
