Good theory refresher
I thought the course was well put together , clear and easy to navigate . It was a very useful theoretical refresher . I think it will be important though to , embed this knowledge with a practical course, as soon as this is possible or perhaps a training session on Teams , on an individual or group basis , for elements that maybe able to be covered that way .

I found the course very informative. It was no way as daunting as I thought it would be. It took me longer than the stated time allotted.

Excellent on line learning
A most enjoyable course, Easy steps to follow. I liked the extra examples linked to some of the topics. I liked the fact that complicated 'jargon' was not used, good easy to follow basic facts. Thankyou
