I felt a couple of things were incorrect – that you should contact the emergency services as soon as you knew the casualty was unconscious but before you had checked if they were breathing. Emergency services always ask if they are breathing. It also stated that the AED starts the heart beating again rather than stops it fibrillating.

An excellent course to keep your training and knowledge up to date. Very informative and could be the difference in a life saving situation.
Informative and concise
The course is easy to follow especially in bite size chunks. I returned to the refresher several times and its easy to resume. The content is good and reiterates the importance of DRABC.
