Emotional intelligence training helps people understand their own emotional and the emotions of others. it teaches how to manage feelings , stay calm in difficult situations and communicate respectfully. This skills improves teamwork, relationships and making decision in workplace.

Informative and Thought-provoking
I was really encouraged by this module as it covered empathy or the ability to put yourself in someone else's shoes. We help different people all the time as adults and I serve the local community at work. We see a wide range of people in the Maidenhead Public Library many of who need to be listened to. Ignoring your personal differences can help you focus better and provide more meaningful support. The processes involved in doing this are free, a simple change in your habit of mind but the benefits are arguably incalculable, a more appreciative and receptive local community which will advocate for and endorse the service.

Too important to put in a ten minute snapshot
This is, in my opinion, an excellent summary, delivered at pace, of a key subject that needs to be highlighted within society and the workplace. There was a lot in there and possibly did not give the recipient the time to stop and truly reflect on the content, which was very thick with detail and should be impactful to anyone who comes across it. I think punctuating the presentation with time to reflect on the meaning of what was being said may be an improvement? Each sentence had such depth and maybe needs to be supported by active demonstrations and group discussion? Excellent.
A lot to think about.
Although these ideals are always in our consciousness, I needed to be reminded that they need to be applied regularly.
