EASY UNDERSTANDING
the course provided learners to really think deeply of what was right to do and put yourself into other shoes. Not to over stress yourself and thinking what are you capable of doing.

Useful short course
A simple but effective piece of learning with lots of helpful support materials. Very refreshing to see a disabled presenter – it helps enormously to see differently abled people communicate topics . Important to have a diverse range of presenters !
A great summary of EI
To get a 5 star rating I would have liked a few more pointers of how people could enhance their EI and real life examples of where poor and good EI in the workplace are commom
