The course was easy to understand and to follow. The other information was easy as well. I think that I would make it a bit longer with a few more questions, but the presenter was very good and I think that it was good to have a disabled person presenting it.

An ideal course for mental health first aiders I think

I have learned showing empathy towards others emotions can make a difference in their life and our own, which is connected to Emotional intelligence.

a very important aspect of working and personal lives to be self-aware, listen to others and practice empathy.

The course was very informative whilst succinct; this assists an individual to retain the information relayed. Great course, many thanks. Helen
