This was a good course, relevant to the needs of both myself (in terms of supporting learners and the emotional well-being of my learners) and all of the learners whom I support. It was also useful, to help me to support any colleagues and/or family members who may benefit from information about emotional intelligence.

The video and summary is good

The training course was a useful refresher about how many of the learners whom I support (and other people) may suffer both emotional highs and lows – and in which kinds of circumstances. I was able to mind-map these and think constructively about I may be able to support them best.
