Slight of hand in the title, as it does not refer to Equity which is quite prominent. Equity is equality of outcome which requires prejudicial enforcement to implement. Diversity – No mention of the big five personality traits: Openness, Conscientiousness, Extroversion, Agreeableness, and Neuroticism (OCEAN). These 5 traits represent broad domains of human behaviour and account for differences in both personality and decision making.
