It brought home how some people can be towards others with the things they say so it brings your mind to focus on the way you are being treated and the way you should treat others to enable a sfe and happy workforce
Really great, very clear, humane.
I've done lots of these in the past and this was the best one I can remember. It has a really good balance of saying how important this stuff his, and outlining our legal responsibilities – and yet does it in an encouraging way, and encouraging kindness rather than just judgement. And it was so much about relating to others and being considerate, and being humane, and developing understanding – all in an accessible tone.

Patronising and simplistic.
Fails to mention what to do about victimisation – all you can actually do is leave, if the organisation punishes you for complaining, and that is important, that sometimes the best thing for your own health and wellbeing is to escape. The quiz questions were too easy and the specific answers had already been given, no opportunity to actually think and apply ideas to different situations. Also fails to consider that there can be more complex situations where there might be two different issues that need addressing sensitively, for example, someone is speaking to women inappropriately because of cultural differences related to their nationality, and therefore their race, but because they have only the minimum English required for the job, they do not understand when people try to tell them politely to change their behaviour, so people start avoiding them?

Content was fine, but my attention span was stretched to manage to keep coming back.
