Dots the 'i's
Not sure if it's patronising or condescending? Highlights age discrimination while treating me like I'm a child.. recommended to watch with Milk and a bic bic.
incredibly basic and fixated on the legal protected characteristics
Virtually nothing on allyship or techniques for improving inclusion other than the bare minimum. Supply Chain Sustainability School (Free) provide far better training, and more in depth if people want to pursue it.
Very good.
I feel it's definitely needed I this sad world to educate people that we humans are all equal and should be allowed to live and work in a kind place. Maybe not to get bogged down by wording. It's the message that important for me.
Good
Clear and understandable
It was very comprehensive but overly complicated.
I think that this course tried to do too much and used legal terms which could be very confusing and inaccessible to some course participants. I used to be an Equalities practitioner so could follow it but even then, I needed to concentrate. It would be better in bite sized pieces , for example 30 mins on different topics and gradually building up confidence and understanding of terms and legislation of this very important subject. It would also have been good to hear from people affected by discrimination and harassment.
Boring and unengaging
Boring and unengaging with a lot of waffle, stupid examples and simplistic language
Very Thorough

Well structured and Informative
As above
Informative and thought provoking
The training was informative and it made me think more about other's needs rather than just my own opinions. I still have an opinion based on my own experiences but I am able to balance this more with consideration.
Waste of time
