Most content is relevant and delivered in a professional and understandable way

The issue of using preferred pronouns and gender identity goes against the efforts to try to remove gender (Sex) as an issue that is relevant to how we treat people. Pro-nouns should no longer have any relevance in the workplace as to insist that a particular pro-noun is used indicates a disrespect, or at the minimum an aversion to a particular gender. we should be working hard to accept all people rather than creating more gender based specifications in which we understand each other. The concept of miss gendering someone by not using a particular pronoun is only possible if a person being 'miss gendered' has a dislike or aversion to the other gender.

A well presented and comprehensive course.

Informative, relevant and useful

Useful information that helps you consider the needs of others. In particular, I thought that the 60 second rule was good to consider how you would feel if it were me.

Terrible

Absolute nonsense, I deliberately tried to fail this course by not watching any of the videos and choosing answers at random. What a waste of 60 mins and internet allowance.

Detailed and thorough, good delivery and questions to check knowledge

Nice delivery with different voices helps. Suggetsed breaks and thought provoking topics.

Very useful and comprehensive

I found the course useful and comprehensive. It clarified and explained a lot of things to me.

Hard work but important training

Lots of information but some really useful material that helped me to update my knowledge of protected characteristics, e.g. on Gender Reassignment. One link to additional resources was 'not found' on 'Intersex'.
