Generally a pretty good summary – quite in depth in places and alot of terminology to remember when completing the quiz at the end – but very useful

I went into this thinking I know all about this – and did know a fair bit – really all good common sense and what we should all be doing in life in general – work and home. Understand the need to have training and found it reminded me there is always more to learn! I think it can be tricky to know or learn all the language – Per , Ze, Hir, Mx for example ( all newly learned today ) so found that really interesting to learn more – openness and being honest/asking appropriately is key I would say – so yes enjoyable and got me thinking! Good to have the breaks too as a longer one. Thank you.

An essential ingredient to successfully navigating the world we currently live in. It should be "rolled out" generally within society.
