I THINK IT'S IRONIC THAT WE ARE ASKED TO TAKE PART IN A TEST ON EDI, WHEN THE DEPOT THAT I WORK IN HAS EXAMPLES OF WHAT APPEARS TO GO AGAINST SOME OF THESE EXAMPLES

Does a decent job of something unnecessary
A decent run-through of the usual platitudes and exhibition-empathy, with the usual blind acceptance of every (inherently discriminatory?) assertion advanced in justification and zero tolerance for honest mistakes or real-world practicality.

A bit long, laborious and repetitive
Useful but it's all mostly common sense. Repetitive and slightly patronising. The given examples and scenarios could be more subtle as society is getting far more complex and confusing with many grey areas, and this is reflected in the workplace.
