Excellent presentation

covered organisational and individual requirements thoroughly

Condescending and amateurish box-ticking exercise

This condescending and amateurish box-ticking exercise perpetuated a sexual and racial stereotype (the person displaying negative behaviour was invariably a european-type male) and which failed to stimulate the imagination. Continuity was poor with the apparent male presenter displaying different hair and shaving styles in the same clips. It makes death by PowerPoint look good in comparison

Too long winded

It would be better if it gave you real life scenarios and questions were asked about it. The course is far too long winded and could do with being changed each year as its repetitive.

easy to understand, to the point

The Pass questions

I thought a few of them should have multi answers but overall this has certainly made me more aware of what I say!

Waste of time

If management want to waste their time doing such training then its OK, but don't waste the time of the people in the company who actually do the work

Excellent EDI training course

I now have a good grounding and understanding Equity, Inclusiveness, Diversity and Equality.

Good

Very informative videos regarding work

A very detailed yet digestible module

I enjoyed this. The presenters were articulate and engaging and the examples were relevant. Quite thought provoking, too. Had well placed breaks. I had some reservations on the trans slides which did not cover school specific guidance (it was about adults in the work place, but that is only part of the story in schools). I also felt mislead by the question about anti racism – it is after the wrong answer but presents the question as if it is looking for the two right answers. 'which of the following is not….' would have been simpler (I was at the end of a 5 period day when trying to answer that!)
