Too long
This training was a too long – information overload definitely occurred, and it made it hard to concentrate.
Needlessly bloated
No need to have dozens of unskippable videos filled with the verbal equivalent of bloatware. I can read twenty times faster than I can watch a video. Make the content consider and about three times less patronising. I didn't listen to a single video after the first one, I just let the video play on mute in the background having read the transcript in about 5-20 seconds each time. Really terrible training. Ask Cornwall Council what they do for their training, it's much better and more interactive/relevant to the specific workplace. This one was used at a cathedral and didn't even mention the specific exemptions religious organisations have from equality legislation. For example.
Very interesting
I found I took the information in well helping me to gain some new knowledge and insight.
Interesting and informative
I enjoyed the course and found it interesting and informative.
Is Office centric
In my opinion, the course is heavily Office centric. There are a few shots of a warehouse, but the vast majority includes scenes in an office environment. This may give the impression that DEI is only for white collar workers. Perhaps including examples of construction, environmental work, hospitality etc would be more inclusive. A minor point but there is also an issue of continuity. The male presenter seems to have different hairstyles and facial hair throughout the course. It gives the impression he has jumped in and out of filming, giving the impression it is not as focused as it should be.
