Long complex boring uninspiring

This is designed for everyone from HR down I'm a part time minimum wage 63 year old driver and actually find it harassment having to endure this painful course every year. I have to do it in my own time unpaid which is even worse. Courses like this are why people are getting fed up with the tick box culture in the work place

In depth, thought provoking and relevant content

A practical course on equality and inclusion that explains key concepts, legal protections, and respectful behaviours to create a fair and supportive workplace.

This course provides a clear and practical overview of key concepts in equality, diversity, and inclusion, highlighting the importance of respectful behaviour and legal protections in the workplace. It addresses various forms of discrimination, harassment, and victimisation, while emphasizing empathy and individual uniqueness. The training effectively balances legal frameworks with real-world examples, empowering participants to recognize and challenge unfair treatment. However, deeper case studies or interactive elements could enhance engagement and understanding. Overall, it’s a valuable resource for fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment.

Reasonable presentation of the facts

The course provided a reasonable capture of the information, I believe that the tests should be throughout the course. The irony of the fact that this course does not reflect the different ways people learn is not lost on me, i.e. an end of course test.
