Too long and drawn out
This course could have accomplished its aims in a third of the time. The concepts are very similar from one protected characteristic to the next. A short introduction to outline the generic concepts then a minute on each would have condensed this greatly and saved everyone’s time.
A minefield of a subject .which was sensitively dealt with
The fear of getting something wrong and unintentionally causing offence was approached and dealt with sensitively and pragmatically. One of the best EDI courses I have sat through/

Too long and repetitive
Was not able to scroll past sections I already knew – summative assessment was poorly designed. Questions were either targeting pointless facts or so badly designed the correct answers would have been obvious to anyone – even people who hadn't engaged in the training. Assessed common sense more than specific knowledge.
Well thought out course
Really well thought out course, I really liked the imagery of the sunflowers too! When showing the differences between equity & equality, to help everyone have the opportunity to grow equally and shine
