Does a decent job of something unnecessary
A decent run-through of the usual platitudes and exhibition-empathy, with the usual blind acceptance of every (inherently discriminatory?) assertion advanced in justification and zero tolerance for honest mistakes or real-world practicality.
Very interesting.
Good to be aware.

A bit long, laborious and repetitive
Useful but it's all mostly common sense. Repetitive and slightly patronising. The given examples and scenarios could be more subtle as society is getting far more complex and confusing with many grey areas, and this is reflected in the workplace.

I found the information about this course to be very in depth and this will allow me to use the knowledge that I have gain to use in both my working and personal life. Especially the one minute rule which ask you how would you feel to be in that position and how would you respond.
Complex but Informative
