Excellent course
This is a brilliant course that enlightens me as regards understanding other gender and acceptance of diversity in our society.
Misalignment of content to questions and excessive slides
Content presented is inflated and not always aligned to in-presentation and downstream exam questions. Definition of terms in many cases are ambiguous and poorly worded, compared to experience with other EDI knowledge bases. Content is excessive, with overemphasis in certain areas that could have been more comprehensively structured in half the number of slides, challenging engagement. Content for questions should be readily available from within the course notes and not require constant external referencing for clarification.

A complex topic well discussed and explained
EDI is a complex subject that everyone in an organisation should be aware of in their everyday actions. The course discusses each of the many aspects and explains both the legal needs as well as good practice. The course definitely makes you think deeper about the whole subject of EDI in the workplace.
