Clear, well structured
I completed this course in one sitting, and found it very clear, informative and well structured. The clarity between harassment and bullying was helpful, and the examples of protected characteristics being challenged in situations really gave a clear understanding of what types of discrimination they were.

I really enjoyed this training and the examples and analogies given to demonstrate the learning were very powerful.

I liked the role acting of individuals to create certain scenarios and after that there was a clear explanation of law and benefit to the work place. This is one of the best training courses I have had.
