Balanced information well delivered
I have done many forms of Diversity training over the years, this was easy to follow and gave relevant information without being biased in any form
Very well presented and easy to follow.
Thought the coarse was very well prepared,the instructions and explanation were excellent,don’t think anything needs doing to enhance the coarse.

Comprehensive course
This was a very comprehensive course that covered EDI issues. It focused mostly on those covered by UK law, and included a positive message about building a workplace that works for everyone. It did not cover more organisation specific information, such as what to do in certain situations when encountering bullying or harassment, as that would need to be targeted to an organisation's specific structure.
