Well organised; included legislation.
Training aimed at all regardless of previous knowledge/experience so did come across as patronising and preaching at times. Really? – the threads idea and some of the visuals. Are we grown-ups? Not sure it's a substitute for face to face training as it feels like it's ticking boxes and it can't really engage anyone with questions or who feels unsure. Not very personal/individual for what is a very personal and potentially sensitive area. Would it engage someone who is already biased and thinks this kind of training is unnecessary? Reminders of factual info on legislation/policy/practice etc. is useful.

Felt very long
Good content though felt very long. Good that the course included breaks as they were need to re-focus.
dont agree with all the videos
We are trying to project diversity in this course and i felt the videos were highlighting different races to much and made me feel uncomfortable. ( why follow a black gentleman on the video) it felt like the videos heighted there is a difference.

The package is well-presented, the presenters do a great job of bringing the facts out and illustrating them with realistic scenarios. It makes no bones about legalities and ethical issues, without getting bogged down in unnecessary detail. Its high production values are well-demonstrated.
Clear informative and easy to understand
I enjoyed the course, it was well laid out and gave the highlights of the information in an easily digestible way, with supplementary background information for further reading or study if desired.
