I found this training informative and presented in such a way that it held my interest throughout.

The presenters are excellent communicators, clear and concise. It is a big subject so having the module broken down into short sections, written confirmation, simple examples and lots of resources to look up or refer to is very helpful.

This training has increased my awareness of my colleague's experiences, and how I can actively contribute and support a positive work environment and culture. It explains the importance of the Equality Act and company policies. It also highlights the importance of continual reflection and self education in bringing about equality and equity
