Very good course for an online module, that is to the point and encourages engagement throughout.

The time taken to complete the videos on this course is way too long in relation to the level of questions presented in the test. As with all of these training videos I have completed so far, I feel it would be far better to have a transcript available that people could read without having to let the videos run. I learn information better by reading and it is far faster than the speed of video delivery. Also, the majority of test questions can be answered entirely using common sense and actually do not require the course content at all. Perhaps the test could come first and then people are given access only to the sections needed for revision prior to a summary re-test at the end?

This l really enjoyed as the majority of my team are from abroad it gave me a chance to examine myself & my behaviour , which l have always felt as well as living with with 32 students has been always been a learning process needless to say l don’t know everything & there are a couple of things today I’ve learnt , it will definitely help make me think more about the way l do things be more inclusive & mindful of culture which is something l don’t think about daily as we manage so well so thank you

It was a great course – quick to get through and very informative – real food for thought as it covers so much moer than we tend to think about. I enjoyed it!
