A good training course, thorough, comprehensive and well pitched. Thought the emphasis throughout out on being accepting, respectful, kind and considerate of each other was correct. This is absolutely a key message of everything to do with equality, diversity and inclusion – along with the requirement to listen to others' points of view with an open mind.

I would be careful about how you address all listeners as it can feel a little condescending to be told to put yourself in the shoes of a community you are already a part of. Also the implication that white people should be praised for their 'vocal support' of minority groups is kind of offensive – this is the bare minimum and not something they should get a pat on the back for.

This course seems very useful to take a proper aptitude, behaviour and awareness at work.

This course was very interesting and covered a wide range of topics, I found it extremely useful and would recommend it to anyone.
