The course reminds us of the Diversity within the UK workplace. It stretches the mind to challenge your own perception and leads you to acknowledge that you may have made presumptions about a colleague or contacts behaviour

The training broke down the subject very well, with good examples. My only issue was the constant mis-pronunciation (Americanisation) of the word "harassment".
