It was a good training package which make you think outside of the normal and I liked that it had subtitles available as an additional aid which enabled me to listen and read from the screen and helped me absorb more information. It has also enabled me to reflect on what we can do better going forward as a business and as individuals.

As a transgender person of mixed ethnicity myself, I found this training to teach accurate, uncontroversial and easily digestible lessons about people such as myself and other minority groups. Seeing the degree of care and detail that went into each topic made me feel optimistic about the quality of my workplace and the future. It really put into perspective how much progress has been made on social issues!

Makes you to take a step back and consider the potential impacts of your actions and behaviours on your colleagues

Enjoyed the coarse and was very helpful and informative in giving good direction in this matter

An interesting course that I hope everyone would take notice of to help make work places more inclusive to everyone. I would also hope this course helps people think before assuming anything of anyone outside of work.
