Useful, informative and well presented
Found the training very useful, informative and well presented. It was quite intense but we were reminded to take breaks twice so that was good. I like that the legal requirements were emphasised – that should focus some people’s minds!

Excellent online training – It took me 1.5hrs to complete. Well worth the time.
sound quality still not good.
As previously reported on other courses; sound quality is not good, it changes tone frequently sounding tinny or base heavy. Kept freezing and cuts out occasionally. The 'take a break for a few minutes' is somewhat patronising? We all have pause buttons.
Not too overloaded!
Course was ok though considering the subject matter and references, personally I thought the employee who was guilty of misconduct was rather stereotypical in appearance. And the proof reader missed a missing word when referencing drinking at social events at the summary of a covered topic!

Great course
I really enjoyed completing this course. I had definitely taught my how my unintentional actions could have caused offence. I will now try to be more inclusive in my day to day working environment.
