Vastly too long. 80% too obvious.
Far too long and whilst it contained some useful things there was a lot of the blindingly obvious. Also, the tone was borderline hysterical, as if office workers were like 2 Para deployed to Afghanistan and terrible injury or death was waiting round every corner. Just reduced the authority of what was being said.
He added more knowledge to my knowledge
The training was amazing, i learned a lot of things, especially the food safety he make me understand a lot of things about food safety, and the training was amazing
