Content good but impossible to stay engaged for an hour!
You need to break this down into tolerable lengths. Make it into monthly reminders that are five minutes each, not yearly marathons. People might act on one resolution but they're not going to remember six at the same time.
Well delivered …maybe half hour duration ok for some
