It is explained well but its a shame you can go backwards with the slides to find something you were unsure about or wanted to re read but cant skip forwards

Good course, very clear but generic
A good clear course but needs follow up at the site to understand who the key representatives are in the business. A good way to ensure everyone has a good base of knowledge.

my one criticism is, i couldn't find a way back to the test, after reviewing one section ,so had to start again

Helpful Course
The only negative is that if you get a question wrong inbetween clips the whole screen goes black with a big X, and states that the website is not supported, when actually it means you got the question wrong and that you have to re-watch the clip and answer the question again. other than that it was easy to use
