Boring
Both your presenters Рbut especially the female , have a monotonous tone. The presentation ( whilst I accept aimed at all levels) comes across as patronising and really turgid. I appreciate it’s a dry ( but vital) subject , but please familiarise yourself with some competitors re graphics, cartoons etc. Cant you put some questions PRIOR to the presentation so people can skip bits they know? I would honestly rather stick pins in my eyes than waste precious minutes of my life covering things like lifting which I have already coveeed to a much higher level!!

The course gives plenty of useful tips, information and you'll learn a new thing or two. More people should definitely pay attention to what is taught in this course as I see too often places that lack a proper health and safety environment. This course is great to refresh your memory even if you already knew or think you know about your workplace health and safety.
