Too many video glitches
The videos froze on numerous occasions, I could still hear the audio but could not press next to continue to the next part of information, I had to keep pressing previous to rewatch videos until it let me carry on. Took far longer than stated due to the glitches.

very clear and easy to understand
i enjoyed doing this course and found it informative. I liked the fact there were videos and quiz at the end to test knowledge.
