Technical issues
I was unable to hear the speakers on the videos using home access from my organisation. I had to use transcripts throughout which meant I wasn't watching the demonstrations properly

Clearly presented
A well presented and thorough introduction to a very important topic. I have seen other courses on the same topic, but this one surpasses their level, and does so with extremely clear and easy to understand explanations, examples and animations, as well as having good links to additional information.
