Very clear examples
The presenters and examples were very clear with explaining all the Health and Safety Issues in the workplace.
The training was enjoyable
The Health and Safety training is very important and was most enjoyable. I think the quiz should have been a bit more questions to ensure they stick.

It was fine
Not the most interesting of subjects, but essential to know. The lifting and computer use were particularly useful and can be part of everyday life.
