Too many short clips
I found the use of short clips (one less than 20 secs) very irritating and distracted me from the course content. Please trust your audience – we are able to concentrate for more than a few seconds at a time.
Clear explanations
Clearly explained; small chunks; transcript helpful; contents list helpful. The trickiest thing was remembering the figures.
The standard health & safety course
it's easy to follow and intuitive to complete the test. some of the test pictures are far too large and require you to scroll down to the responses

Good overall but a few things missing
In the section on chemical spill, the image shows the person using a mobile phone to let manager (or others) know of the spill. There are chemicals that you should not use mobile phones around and this graphic sends the wrong message under those circumstances, Not sure if there is a way to feed this back to the company who provide the training? The fire triangle is also out of date as there is a 4th element; an uninhibited chemical chain reaction. We all have heat, fuel and oxygen in the areas we work but they do not always result in a fire!
easy to engage with
very helpful small sections and easy to listen to videos easy to navigate
