Excellent , informative course , that I would recommend to anyone
The course was interesting and informative. It made me gain a solid understanding of the health & safety responsibilities. Identify the different types of safety signs and what they mean. Recognise the risks and hazards in a workplace so that I can prevent accidents or injuries in the future.

Given that this is an update – it would be great to be able to speed up the presentation so that you can listen at the pace that it suits you as an individual. This is particularly true when you are trying to encourage yourself to go through something that you already think you know.
Informative course for awareness of H&S
A good all round course where it highlights many aspects of H&S in the workplace. I think it's a good opening gambit to anyone who may be unfamiliar with these aspects and will help set a good foundation for the more in-depth courses on specific H&S topics.

An hour is rather long and it was a little dull.

I recommend this course to every worker both skilled and unskilled to enhance safety in their various work places. It's essential for our own good.
