Detailed and concise at the same time!
The information was well presented and clearly explained. I think the practical, workplace demonstrations are a great way to get points across and make them relevant and relatable. I also find the summary bullet points at the end of the videos a good way to reinforce the learning of key aspects. The presenters are friendly and personable and their monologues cover all the necessary points while still being brief enough to take all the vital information on board. Probably the best online training session I've done in this field – thank you 🙂
