Very Informative
A good refresher of training covering many aspects of health and safety.
I felt this course could be shorter.
I think this would be better split into two, as in Health and Safety Training part one and part two. I always thinks training works better when it is delivered on small manageable chunks.

It shows the H&S in the workplace to ensure you and your colleague are safe and aware of what action to take in regards to who to contact if things don't look safe, if you can't deal with it yourself.
