Good for new staff members

The course is informative and helpful. It covers all of the necessary topics. It duplicates some of the fire safety training, perhaps understandably.

The course is general and covers the basic areas effectively. Material is well organised, text is clear and test questions are fair. For individuals working in offices or in collective business environments, the coverage would be useful. For QAA Reviewers, who work primarily from home and make random visits to different organisations, much of the content lacks relevance. Developing a section focused on working from home might add value.

A good overview of health + safety requirements and actions to be taken across many areas of work and life. Very useful refresher.
