Brilliant. usually find these rather dry, this was interactive, punchy and informative
Quick but comprehensive
I am a person who does not like to wear headphones any more than I have to so I used transcript rather than listening to the video sound track. I remember better what I see than what I hear. Therefore the people talking at me was a bit wasted/distracting. (Face to Face human interaction in training is far superior.) I liked the moving graphics, though, and they explained things clearly.
