Not all questions needed
Some of the questions requiring an answer in percentage of people hurt by lifting or slipping aren't needed to show knowledge of policy and practice. For example knowing that 40% of falls are from using a step ladder does not improve my knowledge of using a step ladder. The other questions test knowledge of health and safety and are more important than the other statistical ones. I also think you could provide a few questions at the start and if the employee knows the answer to these already then there should be a shortened version covering the aspects that need revision rather than having to listen to all of the course in the first instance.
Good course
It helped that after the videos there were summaries just to make sure the information had been absorbed.

Very informative and useful
These on line modules are really good and what is important to sit away from your normal functions to enable full concentration with no distractions. Really useful and very informative.
