Very good training
A compact course set out in a easy to learn format which takes a small chunk of time. Complete with graphics to help keep interest and presenters which make it feel more personal its really easy to stay engaged. I found the transcript section was particularly helpful where I could jump to particular parts of the video and read along with it.
Continued high standard of delivery.
The Trust continues to use the on line training as a way of ensuring all staff are made aware of crucial elements which affect them directly. The efficient way in which this training is delivered has been passed on to other similar organisations.

Very well presented & easy to understand
The combination of short videos, recap questions and written information kept this course engaging and easy to understand.
Modern Training.
A lot of the trainings companies use are dated old videos, this one seems a lot more up to date. Also doesn't drag out as much as some others which was good.

The course was informative and the test was not stressful because there was no time limit.

It has taught me that I don't know where the fire exits are, or the fire warning thingies.

Clear and up to date training guides unlike many other old fashioned sites, Trainers were clear and precise in their description of the subject.
Easy to follow
Easy format to follow, slow to load some of the pages but this is due to the prison computers being very slow. enjoyed taking this course looking forward to completing others that are required .
