This is a mandatory course. Done with a series of short videos. The questions at the end were a bit ambiguous, so I got 18/20.

Basic knowledge but good presenters.
I have an ISOH certificate knew most answers but made a couple of errors.
Easy to understand with demo videos.
This training reminded us of health and safety issues where we have been taking it for granted or neglected. We gain knowledge of how we should handle it with care and safety.
