Long winded
Refresher courses are needed as I forgot more than I knew! It was an eye opener as common sense is all good and well but when properly trained it could and would save lives! Thanks hiasco for raising awareness in the world of work

It was a shame that I did not score 100% but the test was more general knowledge and my experience of office based working is severely lacking compared to the knowledge that I require for the tasks I will be realistically undertaking. My solution to this is study the finer points of my weakness and gain 100% next time
