I found it useful learning how to use fire extinguishers.

Too slow
No opportunity to go through this at your own pace – you can't fast forward to the next slide once you have read the transcript. We dont have sound on our pcs so cant hear the spoken word anyway. more provision should be made for fast learners and readers – and i really think that the section on 'how to dial 999' is insulting as literally everyone knows how to do this

Informative, concise and relevant
The training covered a range of issues which are as relevant at home as they are in the workplace. Although I had previous knowledge on a number of the issues, it was a useful recap and there was benefit in bringing them together in one session. The use of the short videos were particularly helpful and the use of more of these would make the session more interesting, instead of watching someone speak .
