I found the videos very helpful and insightful. The terminology and explanations were very easy. Using the site was very easy and user friendly.
Content already covered by other courses
Content itself fine but the manual handling/fire/DSE content is already covered in detail by individual courses.

A Tick Box Excersize
I'm not a fan of on-line training, so my views are biased in that direction. This type of training provides a tick box for the employer proving they have provided training, but the absence of interaction, passion and dynamic feedback makes the process almost useless for the individual and for meaningless in terms of positive safety outcomes. It also places responsibilities on the individual, which cannot be immediately questioned by the individual without stopping the presentation. This is at odds with the drive to have the session completed. On-line training is a cheap, avoiding the cost of better quality training. It places compliance above results. Having said all that, this is one of the better presented on-line deliveries I have seen.
