Thanks for the FGM awareness and prevention training, this training is very important to me, always am learning somethings, such as any age, close family and friends especially,mother, grandma, auntie or sister .Also am going to challenging it and taken actions when I suspect it may be happening or happened through signs or physical pain that a child may be demonstrates in classroom, safeguarding is everyone responsibilities, it is a legal requirement and we have to prevent it. It is a believes of some culture and religious believes for some about clean and pure which has no medical benefits instead it has side effect on a child,it's illegal in the UK andwe have to working togrther to safeguarding children in our care and protect them from abuse.

Essential information
As this is a totally abhorrent, illegal practice and still happening across the world and in this country, awareness of what to look out for, how to initiate conversations and what to do/who to report to is essential knowledge to have.
