A bit too long
The quiz questions are too abstract. Expecting people to remember classes of fire without symbols is not a good idea. People need to be able to respond quickly and the symbols help that. Having to remember the letter connected to the type of fire (eg Class b) is irrelevant and abstract.
Great course
A really good course which gave lots of information and was in depth.
The course was a bit long but manageable
The videos were nice and short you can dip in and out when you can.
Loved the short sections and videos.
Well organised and delivered at the perfect pace. I liked the use of videos and the quiz at the end.

A good and informative course
A very good course, well presented and illustrated. I found it a very useful refresher on a very important topic.
Clear and concise
Gave a clear picture of what risks of fire are and how to address and put out if needed.
Very clear explanations and information
Very clear videos, diagrams, explanations etc. (maybe a little too much information to take in one go). The only problem I had was in navigating the test at the end. After an incorrect answer I went to re-watch the relevant video, but when I came back to the test it wasn't clear if I was going back to where I had left off or starting the whole thing again. It looks like I started from the beginning even though the instructions said I would not be allowed to retake the test.
Clear and Concise
This course was very clear and concise and very easy to understand. I do feel that I am now more informed in the different types of fires and the different types of extinguishers to use. Procedures, signs and what to do in a situation where you would have to stay in the room with a fire outside
Excellent course
An in depth course, lots of key information to help if a fire took place. I feel every company should complete this level of training.
