The course was east to understand, without being too long winded to be stressful.
Content good:a Handbook would be helpful
The content is very good but all these courses would be better if there was a handbook/manual we could download, write notes on and keep for reference. Otherwise you are relying on a good memory, or need to take copious notes. There were some good resources to download on this module.
A comprehensive interesting presentation
I liked the presentation, it was easy to follow and interesting. I liked the fact there was different presenters, diagrams and questions along the way.

Clear and concise.
Clear exposition of causes of fires and the subsequent actions necessary. Useful information on fire types and the appropriate extinguishers for each, without unnecessary detail.
